Best Bike I've owned

By scott halbleib(Owner), Sep. 29, 2008

I've been riding for 8 years. I've had 8 bikes. This is by far my favorite. I like to do take trips, do track days and commute. It works well at all 3. I am also able to do some light dual-sporting on it. I love the geometry - kind of a big dirt bike with street tires. It has a great motor, fantasti... c suspension, very comfortable ergos and unique styling and character. I have added hard bags and have plenty of luggage capacity as well. I am not so biased to think it looks good (from the front anyway) but think that some aesthetics are a small price to pay for what to me is a very complete package. I have 21k miles on it and have had no problems. It averages 45mpg which is better than anything else I've owned. Read Full Review

Love the machine!

By Mopti(Owner), Oct. 21, 2008

Loads of fun to ride. Traded in my 2003 R1150 GS Adventure, which handled the twisties very well but was sooooo heavy when stopped. This bike is just what I was looking for. Light, nimble, comfortable and that "special" Ducati sound. Can't get it anywhere else!

Even in 2013 this bike rocks

By Ricky Martinez(Owner), Aug. 29, 2013

Seriously, I traded in my 2008 KLR for my 1100S Multistrada and WOW! At only 15K mi. I swing for 2 year factory warranty and 2 years maintenance plan, came with full hard shell luggage's, new dash, high windshield, extended handle bars with extension brackets, just in great condition and Its bad #ss... ! All the rave about this bike is true. Its more bike than I can handle and I love being tamed by it. If you can gets this bile under $7K, you stole it! Read Full Review
